At TrendBuy.sbs, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund policy.


1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Refunds are only applicable for products that are returnable (some categories like personal care, innerwear, and customized products are non-returnable).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Refund Process

  1. Request a Return:
    Contact our customer support team at support@trendbuy.sbs or through your order dashboard.
  2. Approval & Pickup:
    Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged at your location (if serviceable), or you may be asked to ship the product back.
  3. Inspection:
    After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Refund Issued:
    If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days:

  • Check your bank or wallet account again.
  • Contact your bank/payment provider.
  • If still unresolved, please contact us at support@trendbuy.sbs with your order ID.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchange Option

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
